Five years old Thomas continues his show ring career with Pendle Wave and he was awarded the Reserve Champion Young Handler at the Border British Belgian Blue Club’s calf show. At the same show Pendle Witch, by Stowbeck Storm out of homebred cow Pendle Robinea, took first prize in her heifer class.
Pendle Valley was sold for 4,500gns at the May Border’s Club sale in Carlisle.
Pendle Australia, by Blue Stone Union Jack out of Pendle Trixy, won first prize at three months of age. He then went on to become Reserve Champion at Trowden Show and Pately Bridge Show.
